This is an illustration that I have made for a drawing contest. You were supposed to draw the mascot of the anime convention L.O.Y.G and create a design for their small companion. The color palette were up to us contestants. I took this as an opportunity to further strengthen my skills with line-weight and cell-shading. Fan-Character – Aishi
Aishi is a fan character for the video game „Genshin Impact“ by Hoyoverse. She is an Oni from the region Inazuma and holds a Dendro Vision. In her (in development) storyline, she moves to the region of Liyue to open up a jewelry shop. She offers hair pins, necklaces, bracelets, rings and more. She lives now near a mine where she collects gems and ore herself. She uses a polearm to defeat enemies.
